Your Input Please

As I post this it is Sunday morning.  At this time many people I know (among more I don't know) will head out to church.  Thank God for life-changing churches who welcome God's presence.

I need your input.  Please tell me what significant thing(s) you learned in church today...and how you will apply them in your life this week to change someone else, something, or yourself.  Please place them in the comments section below.  I am really interested in what God is doing around the world.  Thanks so much and have a most blessed Sunday!

  1. It was a great service today. Guest speaker. He preached on forgiveness and the fact we can celebrate (not based on feelings) our forgiveness out in the world for people to see. Looking forward to the week ahead deliberately making sure I'm don't come across as a "sour puss" Christian based on feelings or circumstances. After all...I'm forgiven! Let's celebrate!!!

  2. really good message today. I learned tool of how to obtain the ability to forgive a wrong... no matter how big. It is to a mans glory to overlook an offence. if that isn't possible, I will address the situation to the person only after focusing on the Good attributes and love I have for that person. If in my search I come up empty, forgive them as God has forgiven me.

  3. The message today was on looking outside of ourselves. One that I've heard many times, but every time I hear it the Holy Spirit grips me.

  4. Luke 10:25-- who is our neighbor? And more than that, DO..DO...DO...for your neighbor. Do more than the minimum. Find ways to show mercy and DO..for the disenfranchised, for the hungry, for the poor, for the annoying guy down the street.
